It’s a holiday flat cool in summer and very panoramic into chianti especially from top floor. The rooms with timbered ceilings are cosy and very well furnished and decorated with the old things from our tradition. Bed sheets and bath towels included. Roccia and Valle can be connected through an inner door and rented to a big group of 8-9 persons.

1 double bedroom and 1 room with no door with a single bed,
1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
At ground floor 1 kitchen fully equipped with microwave oven,
sofa, , satellite TV, and 1 single bed.
Private terrace to eat or relax outside under the shade.
Barbecue available on request.
